David started Spearhead Land Services to give local property owners a straightforward way to handle brush, wooded access and land that has become difficult to maintain. Each project begins with how the owner wants to use the property—not with selling a particular machine or attachment.
From the first call through the final walk-through, customers work directly with David. That keeps site details, priorities and expectations from getting lost between an estimator, dispatcher and operator.

A John Deere compact track loader and purpose-built attachments cover a broad range of vegetation, access and cleanup work.
Tracked equipment provides stable traction and lower ground pressure than many wheeled machines. Heavy rotary cutters, grapple tools and related attachments let the work adapt to vegetation and desired finish.
